What’s actually included in "all in"?+

Rent, utilities, wifi, cleaning, taxes, and any fees the property charges to occupy it. The price you see is the price your company pays.

How do I pay? Will my company’s card work?+

Either works. Your company can pay us direct via corporate card or invoice. Or you can reserve and pay yourself, then expense it back.

What’s the minimum stay? Maximum?+

Minimum is 30 days. There’s no maximum. Most of our guests stay between one and six months.

Can I cancel or change dates?+

Yes, within each property’s cancellation window. Message us in the same conversation you booked in; we’ll move things if we can.

What happens if something’s wrong with the apartment?+

Tell us. We’ll get someone on site if it needs hands. And every booking is guaranteed. If anything falls through, we make it right.

How fast will I hear back?+

You see real options the moment you submit your brief. Vetted additions usually arrive within hours; final confirmation depends on the property, but we keep you posted in the conversation.

Do you have places outside the Bay Area?+

Not yet. We’re focused on the San Francisco Bay Area for now and adding cities as we can do them properly. If you need somewhere else, tell us anyway. We’ll let you know when we cover it.
